Important Update on U.S. Shipping Options Due to New Import Tariffs

We are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our U.S. customers. However, due to new U.S. import tariffs effective May 2, 2025, which eliminated the de minimis exemption for goods from China and Hong Kong, we must adjust our shipping options to the United States.

The new regulations impose tariffs of approximately 145% on shipments handled by express couriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, with postal shipments facing a flat fee of $100 per package (increasing to $200 from June 1, 2025). These costs often exceed the value of the goods, making express shipping unsustainable for most orders. To protect our customers from unexpected expenses and prevent order errors, we have temporarily suspended express shipping services to the U.S.

For U.S. orders, we continue to offer standard shipping using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, where we cover all applicable duties and taxes upfront. This option ensures transparency, with delivery times estimated at 8–15 days. If you have an urgent need for faster shipping and are willing to cover the associated tariffs, please contact our customer service team to arrange a special express shipping solution tailored to your needs.

We are actively exploring ways to restore efficient express shipping options and will keep you updated on any changes. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. For any questions, our customer service team is here to assist you.
