Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fancyplanetstore.com (the “Site”), operated as Fancy Planet Store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The store

Fancy Planet Store sells jewelry display props and ships internationally. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@fancyplanetstore.com.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms are posted means you accept the changes. A specific notice method, such as email to every registered user, is not promised.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login confidential. Tell us promptly at support@fancyplanetstore.com if you believe your account is being used without permission. We may suspend or close an account that we believe violates these Terms or misuses the Site.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change before an order is placed. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order; it is not by itself a guarantee that every item is still available. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Checkout accepts card payments processed by Stripe and payments processed by PayPal. Those providers process card and payment-account details. We do not store full card numbers on this Site. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes we are required to collect at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties and import fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless the checkout says otherwise.

5. Shipping

Shipping on this Site follows our Shipping Policy. In summary, as of October 22, 2026:

• Many display pieces are made to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Standard shipping is charged. The rate is calculated at checkout from the destination and package weight.
• Express shipping is currently unavailable.
• We ship internationally. Delivery times on the Shipping Policy are estimates in business days after processing, and they can change because of customs, peak periods, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
• A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
• If a package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact support@fancyplanetstore.com. Claims for lost packages should be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Country-by-country estimates and other shipping notes are on the Shipping Policy page. If these Terms and that page ever differ on a shipping detail, the Shipping Policy page is the detailed statement of current shipping practice.

6. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy. In summary, as of October 22, 2026:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by email or the customer portal. A full refund is issued for orders cancelled under that rule. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and sent with proof of purchase. Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable. Display sets or bulk orders may have special return requirements.
• Email support@fancyplanetstore.com for a return authorization (RMA). Include the order number and photos of the item. Ship only after you receive the RMA, with the RMA marked on the package.
• If the return meets these conditions, the item price is refunded to the original payment method. Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the customer pays return shipping, except where the policy says otherwise.
• Damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. We provide a prepaid return label for damaged items and a full refund or a replacement.

If these Terms and the Refund and Returns Policy differ on a return detail, the Refund and Returns Policy is the detailed statement of the current return practice.

7. Product information

We try to describe jewelry display props accurately, including materials, size, and color. Photos and screens can differ slightly from the finished piece. We do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued. If a product is not as described, contact support@fancyplanetstore.com and we will follow the damage and return rules above where they apply.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, product images, and layout are owned by Fancy Planet Store or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse that content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may view the Site and share ordinary links to it.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any consumer rights that apply where you live. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or the products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these Terms by reference.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live still apply.

12. Other terms

You agree to indemnify and hold Fancy Planet Store harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are written in English.
